In Üsküdar a balcony usually means a view: the Bosphorus in Çengelköy and Beylerbeyi, the historic peninsula in Salacak and Harem, the city from the slopes of Valide-i Atik and Bulgurlu. That is why post-free folding glass balconies and wide-pane guillotine systems stand out here. With the sashes fully stacked the balcony is open again; closed, the view stays frameless.
Parts of Kuzguncuk, Beylerbeyi and Çengelköy fall within the Bosphorus foreground and conservation zones. Facade changes in these buildings may require an opinion from the relevant board or municipality. We assess this with you at the survey and prepare technical drawings for the application if needed. In the new sites of Acıbadem, Altunizade and Ünalan the process is limited to management approval.
Rather than driving down Üsküdar’s steep streets to a workshop, you can call our mobile team. As a windscreen must be replaced on level ground, we agree on the best spot (site car park, roadside) when booking. Chip repair has no such requirement.
Thanks to Marmaray and metro links, you can also reach our Ümraniye showroom easily from Üsküdar by public transport.
We also replace windscreens on site in office tower and hospital car parks in Altunizade and Acıbadem. Simply share your plate and time in advance for security access.
Tip: On facades facing the Bosphorus, solar-control Low-E double glazing noticeably reduces overheating of the balcony in summer.
