Article 1 — Parties

Service provider: [Company name] (İKİZLER OTO CAM), [Address], MERSIS no: [MERSIS no], Phone: [Phone], E-mail: [E-mail], KEP: [KEP address].

Consumer: The person whose name, address, phone and e-mail are provided during the quote and order process.

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, manufacture and installation of glass balcony, winter garden, pergola, shower enclosure, glass railing and car glass services requested by the consumer via distance communication means such as the website, phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, within the framework of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 — Service characteristics and price

  1. The price calculator and "from …" prices on the website are estimates only and are not binding offers.
  2. For made-to-measure products, the final price is stated in a written quote issued after the free survey and measurement. The quote lists system type, glass type and thickness, profile colour, square metres, installation, any extras and taxes separately.
  3. The written quote is valid for the period stated on it. The order becomes final when the consumer approves the quote.
  4. Changes to measurements or scope requested by the consumer during installation may be reflected in the price only with the consumer’s written approval.

Article 4 — Payment

  1. Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer/EFT or by credit card. Credit card instalment options depend on the consumer’s bank.
  2. For made-to-measure work, a deposit at the rate stated in the quote is paid on order approval, and the balance on completion of installation.
  3. For insured car glass jobs, the amount covered by the insurer is collected directly from the insurer; any excess under the policy is paid by the consumer.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the agreement without giving reasons and without penalty; however, where performance has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends, the provisions of the Regulation apply.
  2. Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods prepared according to the consumer’s wishes or personal needs. Therefore, for glass balconies, winter gardens, pergolas, shower enclosures and glass railings made specifically to the consumer’s balcony, facade or bathroom measurements, there is no right of withdrawal once production has started. If withdrawal is notified before production starts, the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
  3. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for services such as car glass replacement that are fully performed with the consumer’s approval within the withdrawal period.
  4. Withdrawal notices are sent in writing or via a durable medium to the contact details in Article 1.

Article 6 — Delivery and installation

  1. Production and installation time is stated in the written quote; it may not exceed the statutory limit of 30 days unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.
  2. The installation date is planned together with the consumer. It may be postponed, with notice to the consumer, due to weather, scaffolding needs or obstacles arising from building management.
  3. The consumer must provide the access needed for installation and obtain any building management permissions.
  4. On completion, the system is checked together with the consumer and a handover record is signed.

Article 7 — Warranty

  1. Products and installation workmanship are guaranteed against manufacturing and installation defects for the period stated on the warranty certificate. The certificate carries a code that can be verified on the warranty check page.
  2. Misuse, impacts, natural disasters, unauthorised tampering and normal wear are excluded.
  3. The consumer’s statutory rights regarding defective goods and services under Law No. 6502 are reserved.

Article 8 — Personal data

The consumer’s personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy notice.

Article 9 — Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, consumer arbitration committees at the consumer’s place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, consumer courts have jurisdiction.

Article 10 — Entry into force

By approving the written quote, the consumer declares having read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date of approval.
