Glass balconies are moving systems that are opened and closed every day. Over time dust builds up in the tracks, wheels wear and seals harden from sun and cold. This makes panels stiff, causes whistling draughts or lets water in during rain. Our repair and maintenance service inspects the system on site, finds the root cause and replaces the necessary parts. We also service systems we did not install.

Maintenance tips
